Surat Edaran Verval TIK Untuk Persiapan AN 2021

In the context of assisting the preparation for the implementation of the 2021 National Assessment, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology is conducting verification and validation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities in schools as an instrument for mapping school readiness data to participate in national assessments. In this regard, we convey the following:

1.    Pelaksanaan Assesmen Nasional akan diselenggarakan pada bulan September dan Oktober 2021.

2.    Data pokok pendidikan (Dapodik) menjadi basis data dalam pemetaan kesiapan TIK Sekolah mengikuti asesmen nasional. Kesiapan TIK Sekolah diklasifikasikan menjadi 4 (empat) kategori, yaitu:

a.    Sekolah Siap, yaitu sekolah siap menyelenggarakan asesmen nasional yang didukung dengan infrastruktur yang lengkap.

b.    Sekolah Potensial 1, yaitu sekolah yang memiliki kurang dari 15 komputer, memiliki akses listrik dan memiliki akses internet.

c.    Sekolah Potensial 2, yaitu sekolah yang memiliki kurang dari 15 komputer, memiliki akses listrik dan tidak memiliki akses internet.

d.    Sekolah Tidak Siap, yaitu memiliki kurang dari 15 komputer, tidak memiliki akses listrik dan tidak memiliki akses internet.

3.    Based on points 1 (one) and point 2 (two), in order to support the preparation for the implementation of the National Assessment, the technical implementing unit has the following roles and duties:

a.    Prepare a work team to oversee the implementation of verification and validation of ICT;

b.    Serves as a help desk for Local Governments and Schools (according to the level allowed);

c.    Conduct socialization / technical assistance and monitor the implementation of verification and validation of ICT;

d.    Perform analysis of verification and validation results data;

e.    Make adjustments to work programs based on the results of verification and validation of ICT

f.     Appeals to schools to complete ICT support data in the form of computers / laptops, Internet access, and sources of electricity in the school environment;

g.    Collaborating with the local government to map the school data that is on board.

4.    School ICT readiness data updating as referred to in point 3f shall be carried out no later than May 30, 2021, and the mapping of boarding school data as referred to in point 3g shall be carried out no later than June 30, 2021 on the link http://vervaltik.data.kemdikbud.go.id/
